Nordic Walking

Stay Active, Stay Connected

Join our Nordic Walks, a fun and supportive way to improve your fitness, connect with others, and enjoy the great outdoors. Using specially designed Nordic poles, these walks provide a low-impact, full-body workout that’s perfect for people of all abilities.
Our walks are particularly suitable for those recovering from injury or living with long-term health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, decreased mobility, or hypermobility. The poles help support your core and improve mobility, making it an accessible and beneficial activity for everyone.

Weekly Walks

Wednesdays: Meet at The Moorhen from 9:30 am – 11:30 am

Fridays: Lunch walk at Parndon Woods

Poles are provided during the walks.

Beginners Welcome

New to Nordic Walking? Beginners and new walkers are required to attend a training session to learn the proper technique. Beginners’ sessions will be advertised as they become available.

Future Plans

Weekend Walkers: Join us for special weekend walks, perfect for those with busy weekday schedules.

How to Book

All walks can be booked through our EOLA booking system. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, recover from an injury, or simply enjoy nature with a group of like-minded people, our Nordic Walks are the perfect way to get moving.
