Our monthly Men’s Group, run in partnership with Tough Enough to Care, offers a safe and confidential space for men to connect, reflect, and support one another—free of charge.
When: Last Thursday of every month
Time: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: Moot House, The Stow, CM20 3AG (Main Building)
Men often face pressure to “keep it together,” to be strong, silent, and self-reliant. But behind closed doors, many are carrying heavy loads—stress, grief, anxiety, or simply the need to be heard.
Find Your Tools exists to break that silence. It’s a space where men can be real, without judgment or expectation. Whether you’re facing a challenge or just want to connect with others who understand, you’ll find support here.
Each session is relaxed and informal, with a mix of activities that might include:
You’re free to speak, listen, or simply be present. There’s no pressure—just a warm welcome and a chance to take off the mask for a while.
All men are welcome, regardless of background, age, or experience. Whether you’re navigating a tough time or just curious to see what it’s about, you’ll be met with respect and confidentiality.
Speaking is always optional. You can share when you’re ready—or not at all. Just being there is enough.
