Wellbeing event linked to the 5 ways to Wellbeing (Connect – Take Notice – Keep Learning – Be Active – Give)
Come and try something new to support your physical and mental wellbeing including:
Gong Bath – Yoga/Children’s Yoga – Poi – Mindfulness sessions – Creative activities – Pilates – Meditation – Voice work. (Some activities will have limited numbers)
We will also have paid 1-to-1 therapies you can book during your session.
